Rushui Guan
Head of Software Engineering
As Head of the Software Engineering Group at Welton, Rushui Guan defines the firm’s technology vision, overseeing software development and IT infrastructure to ensure they meet both short- and long-term business needs.
He joined Welton in 2020 after serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Viking Global Investments and as a Systems Architect at Silver Point Capital. Rushui holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
